Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing FALCONAXE. We strive to provide the best services to our clients. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be provided.

Services

Due to the nature of our services (including web development, digital marketing, and IT services), which require significant resource allocation and man-hours from the moment a project begins, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following specific circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If FALCONAXE is unable to commence the work on your project for any reason within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of a duplicate payment made by the client for a single service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Non-refundable Circumstances

We will not issue refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.
  • Dissatisfaction with services that have been rendered as per the agreed scope of work. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction through revisions as per our agreement.
  • Delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary content, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner.
